RemarksThis tag defines a handler for the specific command identified by the name attribute to this tag. The form handling library
will identify the command to execute from the parameters passed to the browser. The command is identified by a parameter called 'rbcmd-????' where
???? is the name of the command to execute. If a handler for the specified command cannot be located then the library attempts to execute a command called 'default'. The default handler is
identified by an <rbm:command...> tag with either a missing name attribute or the name attribute present and with a value of
'default.
There may only be one command handler defined for each named command. If more than one rbm:command tag has the same name attribute then
the library generates an error.
